What is a Response Credit?
A response credit is used each time a person responds to a Gobby survey. Whether they answer one question or multiple questions, it counts as a single response credit.
Need to pay by invoice?
Many organisations require invoice-based purchasing rather than card payments.
We can provide annual invoicing for eligible business, education and public-sector customers.

What is included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 50 response credits, all survey creation capabilities and access to Gobby’s analysis tools. No credit card is required.
If I create a longer survey, do I use more credits?
No. One response credit = one survey respondent, regardless of how many questions they answer.
For example: If 100 people complete a survey with 5 questions, 100 response credits are used. If 100 people complete a survey with 50 questions, 100 response credits are used.
How does monthly pricing work?
Monthly access costs £42 per seat and includes 2,500 responses per seat each month. Additional responses can be purchased when required.
How much does yearly billing save?
Yearly access costs £378 per seat instead of £504, saving 25% compared with paying monthly for a full year.
Will I need optional response credits?
Response credits are also offered as a pay-as-you-go add on for occasional survey needs or where you want to run extended or one-off events. Credits can be added to your account and used toward a Gobby survey. You don’t need a monthly or yearly subscription to add optional top-up credits, they can be added to any teir including free. Top-up credits only expire when they are used or when an account is closed unlike subscrition credits which reset with your subscription period.
